Land Use Application Process & Forms

STEP 1: Pre-Application Review Meeting

All land use development proposals require a pre-application review meeting with the Planning & Building Department prior to submitting application paperwork for any proposed project.  To obtain a pre-application review, complete and submit the Pre-Application Review Questionnaire, which you can find at:

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If your project is located in the agricultural, commercial or industrial zone districts, the zoning regulations have been amended. Please reference the amended regulations for uses that are permitted in these districts. 

STEP 2: Land Use Application Submittal

After the pre-application meeting, the Planning & Building Department will provide you with information on the type of land use application submittals that are required for your project.  You can tab through the various land use forms and application information packets below.
